Refund Policy

Donation Refunds

All donations made through the DZNV platform are generally considered final. These contributions are voluntary donations and are not payments for goods or services.

In exceptional circumstances, such as accidental duplicate charges or technical errors, we may issue partial refunds at our discretion. Due to processing fees, taxes, and administrative costs, any approved refunds will be limited to 10% of the original donation amount.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original donation date to be considered.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptional circumstances outlined above, please contact us at contact@dznv.store with the following information:

Date of donation
Amount donated
Detailed explanation of the circumstances

Processing Time

We will respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. If a partial refund is approved, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your statement.

Please note that the 10% refund limitation is necessary to cover payment processing fees, administrative costs, and other expenses already incurred.
