2. Donation Terms

All donations made through this platform are voluntary contributions to support DZNV.

DZNV is not a registered nonprofit organization, and donations are not tax-deductible charitable contributions.

By making a donation, you acknowledge that you are not receiving goods or services in exchange for your contribution.

3. Use of Funds

Funds received through donations may be used at the sole discretion of DZNV for any purpose, including but not limited to development, personal expenses, or any other use deemed appropriate by DZNV. While some funds may be allocated to development purposes, there is no guarantee or obligation regarding how funds will be specifically used.

4. Refund Policy

Donations are generally considered final. In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds limited to 10% of the original donation amount may be issued at our discretion. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your payment information is not stored on our servers and is handled in accordance with Stripe's security protocols and privacy policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

DZNV shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

7. Changes to Terms

DZNV reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of these terms.
